Using art and design to communicate the history and intersectionality of human lives is central to our mission through education and civic engagement. The Art and Design Department is committed to active, intentional and ongoing engagement with all people, in the curriculum, and in communities. We aim to increase one’s awareness, content knowledge, cognitive sophistication and empathic understanding of the complex ways individuals interact within systems and institutions.
University Galleries does not provide appraisals or authentications.
